In the 3D solid modeling of the automatic pipe bending machine, the existing 3D drawing software such as 3DMAX, SolidWork, etc. are generally used, so the discretization work has been completed. For a cylindrical pipe section, it is only necessary to discretize its circular section, assuming that its circumference is equally divided into eight, it is eight rectangular elements. If the circumference is equally divided into 8 parts and the length direction is equally divided into 3 parts, the curved pipe section is composed of 24 quadrangular elements. The initial coordinates of each pipe segment unit are the positions at which the pipe segment is just generated.
