The bending part of the three-dimensional pipe bending machine is driven by hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic system mainly consists of three hydraulic cylinders: the clamping cylinder generates a certain clamping force to ensure that the pipe blank is close to the bending die when the pipe is bent; the boosting cylinder is used for When bending the pipe, a thrust is applied to the bending direction of the pipe to reduce the amount of thinning at the bend of the pipe; the bending cylinder passes through the chain sprocket to rotate the bending die to realize the bending. 2. Directly use the CNC system. The advantage is that the degree of freedom of programming is high, and the programming can be avoided according to different bending requirements and avoiding mechanical interference, but the programming quality requirements for personnel are improved. The input of the elbow XYZ geometric coordinate data is generally not supported.

3. Adopt industrial grade computer, servo motion control board, and exchange unit. The software is realized by visual programs such as VC or VB, which can make full use of computer resources, and is mostly used for more complicated mechanical equipment such as motion processes and mechanical trajectories. In addition to the functions of the second method, the function of mechanical interference is also added. The reliability of the hardware is slightly lower than that of the PIC system. We use PLC, position, speed control unit, touch screen, AC and drive unit to control the combination. The designed system has manual and automatic operation modes. In the automatic mode, it can be divided into step-following bending and origin through-bending, which is convenient for processing a variety of elbows. For pipe fittings with different bending radii, the upper and lower die switches are used to realize the pipe bending process. For the elbows with special processing requirements, the linkage, decomposition and corresponding auxiliary actions are designed to avoid mechanical interference and realize the automation of the bending process.
