Operating procedures:
According to the pipe diameter of the processing pipe and the radius of curvature of the forming, a complete set of corresponding molds (including forming wheel, pressure wheel, guide wheel, slip, etc.) is provided. Table 1 is the hole type parameters of the pressure roller and the guide wheel of the partial specification elbow.
When processing a snake of a certain size:
1 change. The corresponding mold;
2 Loosen the pressure roller, the guide wheel and the movable slip, and insert it into the processing pipe to adjust it to the pressing state;
3 start the pipe bending machine, rotate the forming wheel and drive the tube clamped by the slip to bend around the forming wheel;
4 When the bending switch is reached when reaching a certain bending angle, the power is turned off;
5 Release the slip, pressure roller and guide pulley, take out the pipe fittings and proceed to the next working cycle until the processing is completed.

Manual operation:
(1) Press the start and stop button first, and the oil pump runs.
(2) The clamp clamping release is operated by the "clamp clamping, loosening" selection switch. When the "clamping" is hit, the clamp is clamped; when it is "released", the clamp is released; When it reaches the middle, the clamp stops.
(3) The elbow forward and backward is operated by the "bend forward and backward" selector switch. When the "forward" is hit, the elbow advances; when the "reverse" is hit, the elbow retreats; when hitting the middle, The elbow stops moving.
Automatic operation:
(1) The value is set after the angle limit switch required for the curve.
(2) Press the start/stop button of the oil pump to operate the oil pump.
(3) Turn the "Manual/Automatic" selector switch to the automatic position. Pressing the start button will automatically complete the "clamp clamping" → "bend forward" → "clamp release" → "bend back" → "stop" to complete a cycle. Pressing the start button again will start the next cycle and cycle through.
