1. This machine has high labor productivity and certain bending precision for bending metal sheets. When bending different thicknesses, different shapes or different sizes of sheets should be selected with different shape upper molds or V-groove lower molds with different opening sizes.
2. The bending force is obtained from the sheet bending pressure gauge or the bending force calculation formula.
3. Due to the hydraulic transmission, it will not cause serious overload accidents due to the thickness variation of the sheet material or the improper hanging of the V-groove of the lower mold during operation.
4. In addition, the work is stable, the mechanical noise is small, and the operation is convenient, especially the same rated pressure throughout the working stroke.
5. Select the subdivision driver to control the high-precision servo motor feeding line, the mechanical transmission selects the precision gear connection, and always maintains the constant line feeding accuracy and the feeding speed;
6. The shear cylinder hydraulic station is equipped with a forced air-cooled radiator to double the service life of the hydraulic system components;
7. The control system is connected with the text display by PLC, which is convenient for operation and ensures the stability of the control system. Moreover, the production quantity preset function is designed to control the whole machine operation.
8. The servo motor drives the wire feed wheel to rotate, and replaces the stepper motor controller with PLC and text display. The servo motor slow-rise ramp-down curve and servo motor speed can be arbitrarily modified according to the need to eliminate the impact of the mechanical transmission. The actual length of the transmission wire is consistent with the theoretical calculation length;

In the design budget, the length of each MM has been divided into 10 segments of pulses, further ensuring the setting of length accuracy; adjustable hydraulic cylinder cutting can ensure the neatness of the slit, the cutting time and the retracting time can be Directly modified on the text display; designed with manual slow feeding and slow material returning, easy to operate and reduce material loss.
Note on the use of the bending machine:
1. When the wire forming product is different, it must be stopped before adjustment and modification.
2. It is forbidden to touch the panel of CNC wire bending machine by hand during machine operation.
3, the drop of wire forming products must control the direction. (I believe every master is familiar with it) so as not to get stuck in the knife seat and a collision phenomenon.
4, the boot must be strictly in accordance with the use of steps, before the production must check all the fasteners transferred during the adjustment, so as not to loose, drop, shift in the production, the collision phenomenon, resulting in machine damage.
5. When the CNC steel wire bending machine is damaged, it should be inspected and corrected by experienced personnel. When repairing, it must be repaired by relevant professionals. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble without professional technicians to avoid secondary damage.
