In the process of bending, the operator should pay attention to:

4. After the machine is turned on, the operator should not leave the site;

4. The bending value and compensation material parameters of each pipe can be set before the machine starts running;
5. After the editing of the important parameters such as the radius of the wheel mold, the center position of the mold, and the maximum bending radius are completed, the machine will temporarily lock the data to avoid random changes of the relevant data and cause unnecessary losses;
6. Some values can be fine-tuned and modified during system operation. The machine has an automatic memory positioning function, which reduces the error caused by the collision between the human body measurement and the machine fault, and has a double guaranteed front and rear restraint position;

8. The machine has an automatic detection system failure and problems that may occur in the bend program. When the test results come out, the system will indicate the error and sometimes the answers to the possible problems will be displayed on the screen. .
