1. The blade gap adjustment of the bender adopts the stepless adjustment mechanism to meet the shearing needs of different plate thicknesses and materials. The pipe bender adjusts the cutting stroke, which not only improves the machining efficiency, but also realizes the segmentation shearing function.
2. Advanced integrated hydraulic system reduces pipeline installation and ensures high reliability and safety during machine operation.
3. After several pressure cylinders installed on the support plate on the front of the rack enter the oil, the pressure head is pressed after overcoming the tension of the tension spring.
4. The bending part of the bending machine is hydraulically driven, and the slider part is composed of slider, oil cylinder and mechanical stop fine adjustment structure. The left and right cylinders are fixed on the frame, and the piston (rod) is driven by the hydraulic pressure to move the slider up and down, and the mechanical stop is controlled by the numerical control system to adjust the value;
