Features:

1. The aluminum pipe bending machine consists of mechanical parts, hydraulic system and single-chip microcomputer, PLC or PC control system. The mechanical part is mainly composed of a pipe clamping device, a bending pipe transmission device, a boosting device, a bed body and a bending die fixing device.

2. The numerical control pipe bending machine is in the three-coordinate point control system, and the pipe bending forming is realized by controlling the movement of three coordinate axes by the bending movement command (NC command), and the digital code information includes the YBC data program or the vector coordinate point program and the machine tool. The bending speed, the pressing force of the pressing block and the boosting force, and the amount of rebound. Therefore, the control system uses the y-axis, the B-axis, the C-axis, and the X-axis as control objects to realize digital control.

3. The main control parameters of the feed axis (Y axis) are displacement, displacement velocity and acceleration. In the general numerical control bending machine structure, the y-axis motion refers to the linear reciprocating motion of the feeding trolley along the bed, which is realized by the machine AC servo motor driving gear and the rack meshing. The motion precision is shifted and the speed by the photoelectric encoder and the speed measuring motor. The signal is fed to the computer for closed loop control.

4. The rotation axis (B axis) is used to control the rotation angle, angular velocity and angular acceleration. 5. The control parameters of the bending axis (C axis) are bending force, displacement, speed and working acceleration. Among them, the hydraulic cylinder drives the chain system to drive the bending arm to rotate, and the bending and returning of the bending arm is precisely controlled by the electro-hydraulic servo system. In addition, it is also necessary to control the displacement, the adjustment speed, the acceleration, and the like for the adjustment axis (X axis) perpendicular to the Y-C plane.
