6. The bending process has high precision: there is no angle control device on the old bending machine, and the bending accuracy is only: +-5° is difficult to meet the product precision requirements. 7. High mechanical efficiency and low energy consumption: The old bending machine uses a single pump oil supply and a relief valve to control the pressure. Once the system pressure is set, it cannot be changed. In order to bend pipes of different specifications, it can only be set according to large-size pipes, so when bending small-sized pipes, it causes a big horse-drawn car phenomenon and wastes energy.
