Structural features:

2. Straightening device: The straightening wheel is arranged on the horizontal and vertical planes. The copper tubes are rounded and straightened from two planes. Each copper tube has 2 full round wheels and 12 straight wheels. One full circle and four straight wheels are adjusted by the eccentric shaft to ensure the straightness of the pipe.

3. Feeding device: Adopting the friction feeding mode, the structure is the cylinder pressure synchronous belt feeding. Each group is synchronized with a separate cylinder. When feeding, the cylinder is pressed against the timing belt, and the upper and lower timing belts clamp one-to-copper tube friction feeding. When the feeding is fast, the feeding speed will be slower and slower. The pressing cylinder on the synchronous belt will go from high pressure to low pressure. Which copper tube is completely in place, and the cylinder of the group is pressed to lose pressure to avoid the copper tube friction and bending. The hydraulic oil motor drives the feed, and the high and low speed hydraulic valves easily realize the feed tempo from slow (starting) - → fast - > slow (in position) to ensure high efficiency and workpiece quality.

5. Copper pipe cutting device: The copper pipe is cut by the outer hob, and the oil mist is lubricated during cutting. The cutting depth of each copper pipe is separately adjusted by the swinging axis to ensure the copper pipe is cut synchronously and the shrinkage is less. After the cutting is completed, the feeding is completed. The timing belt is reversed to separate the copper tubes.

6. Bending device: It consists of bending clamping, bending rotation, bending bracket lifting and lowering. The bending slewing device is rotated by the oscillating cylinder to drive the bending device. The bending dies are mounted on the fixing plate driven by the two cylinders. When the dies are lowered, the material can be fed or unloaded, and when the stencil is raised, the bending die is completed.

7. Unloading, core pulling and mandrel assembly; The above devices are all mounted on the rolling guide. After the bending of the copper tube is completed, in the clamping mode of the bending mold, the movable mandrel is driven by the oil cylinder, exits the bending cut point portion, and then the loosening and unloading is clamped, and the servo motor drives the discharge seat through the ball screw to quickly move forward. Pipe fittings. Associated with the movable mandrel is a connecting rod made of thick-walled cold-drawn seamless pipe. The machine is equipped with an oil mist lubricator and a distributor. The distributor is used to clamp the copper in the mold through the small hole in the connecting rod. When the pipe is bent and bent, the inner wall is sprayed with oil mist to ensure the quality of the pipe.

8. Pipe length adjustment device: When the pipe length specification is changed, it should be adjusted by the length adjustment device. The length adjustment device has the following parts.

 

1 Bending length adjustment: used to adjust the length of the workpiece after bending, the positioning of the unloading seat is driven by the servo motor through the timing belt; the positioning of the bending machine is driven by the reducer to drive the screw nut, the rotary encoder feedback, and the automatic clamping device is in place after being placed Fixed to the base.

2 Guide frame and feeder adjustment device: According to the different lengths of the pipe fittings, the equipment is equipped with different lengths of guide frames. The feeder is driven by the cylinder, the receiving arm is mounted on a long shaft, the receiving arm can slide along the long axis, the distance between the receiving arms can be changed, or the number of the receiving arms can be increased to meet the workpieces of different lengths.
