1. The taper tube shrinking machine oil pump outputs hydraulic oil under the drive of the motor to push the plunger in the buckle cylinder forward, so that the two inner taper sleeves on the plunger and the front cylinder head push the mold seat diameter with the symmetrical cone surface. To the contraction, the module is pressed against the hose. When the contraction amount reaches the scale setting value, the buckle pressure automatically stops. After the electromagnetic reversing valve is reversed, the hydraulic oil enters the two mold-opening cylinders, pushing the reverse movement of the buckle plunger, and the mold base drives the module to recover under the action of the spring.

After the steering mechanism wears, the clearance is too large, the operation is unsuccessful; the transmission gear and shaft are seriously worn, the shifting is difficult or the gear is frequently blocked; the brake mechanism is seriously worn, the braking performance is degraded or invalid, and it cannot be adjusted.
4. The main body of the frame is deformed or cracked; the working device is seriously worn and the operation is out of order; the normal workload cannot be completed, or the operation accuracy is not up to the requirement; the traveling mechanism is seriously worn and cannot work normally.
